Job description

Stem are looking to employ a part I Architectural Assistant. You will work as part of a team that completes architectural projects on time, within budget and exceed client expectations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop your skills and career progression through frequent mentoring from your Coordinator to advance across all the RIBA work stages.
  • Work on a variety of projects.
  • Participate in daily catchups and weekly meetings that will contribute to the decisions that are based on project progress, obstacles and solutions.
  • Meet project deadlines on or before scheduled completion dates.
  • Assisting in general duties in the office.
  • Undertaking all job activities in line with Health and Safety guidance and requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • RIBA Part I degree.
  • Sound technical, design and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of AutoCAD, Photoshop and Office Suite.
  • Experience in Revit is preferred.

You'll be responsilble for your commute to work into our office in Lincoln.
