Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a privately owned family business, a national M&E provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent levels of service. Who currently employ over 1,000 staff and have a turnover in excess of £160m. My client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their Northampton
This role is on a Permanent Basis
The main duties include the responsibility for the following:
- Customer Facing/Meet and Greet
- Answering incoming calls
- Office Stock Management
- General Office Administration Duties
- Compiling Bid Documentation
- Producing Letters and Documents (Word/Excel)
- Compiling Electronic Operation and Maintenance Manuals
- Coordinating Events
