Parcel Sorter - Nights

Location: Lichfield

Salary: £12.00 to £12.00

We are looking for enthusiastic Parcel Sorters to support our leading Logistics customer, who are based within Lichfield.

Our customer provides a wide range of flexible delivery and return services to both business and residential addresses, nationally and internationally.

Role Summary:

• Assists in the sortation, storage, or loading and unloading of parcels
• To ensure the efficient unloading and loading of vehicles
• Scanning all incoming and outgoing parcels - ensuring all matches relevant paperwork / scanner information
• Report all damages immediately to a line manager
• Ensure all deliveries are loaded safely prior to leaving the depot
• Ensure warehouse is kept tidy and H&S issues reported immediately

Essential Criteria:

• Work well as part of a large team
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving
• Excellent timekeeping

Hours:

Night Shift - Working 5 out of 7 on a rota basis – 10pm -6:45am

This is an active role and a great opportunity with all internal training provided.
