Full-time – permanent opportunity

Talbots are currently undergoing a rapid period of growth. We are looking for a candidate who will support this exciting journey.

Talbots Law are looking for a Paralegal to work as part of the Commercial Property Team. This role is a great opportunity for those with at least 12 months of previous Legal experience in the same department.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

· To assist, conduct and manage various Commercial Property transactions, including: sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold properties

· Deal proactively with a wide range of correspondence by email, letter and telephone

· Apply for a various documents with HM Land registry and search providers

· Draft, review, amend and issue legal documents

· Develop a good working knowledge of the case management system

· Support colleagues within the department, liaising with existing and new clients, working efficiently, effectively and professionally

The Person:

The candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a fast paced Commercial Property Department. They will be equipped with the knowledge of a commercial property transaction progress from inception to completion.

They will be to work under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines and understand the importance of excellent administrative skills, planning and organisation.

Overall being passionate about giving outstanding client care to clients and referrals. Continuously being pro-active and self-motivated.
