LONDON - EXCHANGE HOUSE/SQUARE
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Managing multiple data sites, processing and disseminating data site requests and enquiries
- Completing and filing Land Registry forms
- Coordinating Q&A for transactions
- Process management on transactions
- Preparation of first drafts of reports
- Assisting with billing reporting
- Assisting with relationship management tasks
- Assisting with SDLT returns and asset management tasks
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Law degree or other undergraduate degree (ideally 2.1 or first class honours)
- Preferably will have successfully completed LPC or equivalent
- Ideally previous paralegal work within the Real Estate sector (or other transactional paralegal roles) and/or experience of working in a large, international law firm
- Experience dealing with data rooms or large scale transactions
- Familiarity with IT packages (Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook)
