Pool Paralegals
We are currently recruiting for Pool Paralegals
We seek Law graduates, that have or have not undertaken their LPC
The Role
As a pool Paralegal, you could find yourself working in Family or Conveyancing or Wills and Probate or indeed Litigation.
This could be at any of our offices, Head office in Enfield or Branch offices in Crouch End, Harlow or Cheshunt. So before applying please consider this, it is 5 days in the office and you could end up at any branch in any given week though we aim to minimize the number of changes, by the nature of the role you must be mindful of this
The work will be varied, you could be helping with Hearings for our Children and Domestic Violence work, or Helping conveyancers register property, speaking to clients, helping to administer estates or dealing with money claims etc.

Someone that genuinely wants a career in Law, these jobs can lead to a training contracts. You will be resilient, open to change, flexible and self starting. You will get a great grounding in various areas of law. You will not get spoon fed. We are looking for our next generation of solicitors that show outstanding ability and have a passion for the law and quality and ensuring our clients get the service they pay for.

What you will get
The pay for this role is between £18 - £24,000 dependent on experience, if this is your 1st legal job, it will be toward the bottom of that scale
The ability after proving your worth as a potential fee earner (fees are why we do this) to be considered for a training contract and ultimately, what we would hope is a profitable and fulfilling career at Barnes and Partners
