Legal Team Overview
You will be working within a dynamic and high performing global legal team which is growing to keep pace with the fast-paced growth of the Company. You will report into the Head of Legal, based in London, but will also support the broader Legal and Compliance Team.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Drafting using template documents such as non-disclosure agreements
- Legal research tasks
- Arranging for signing and e-signing of contracts
- Filing contracts and other key legal and compliance documents
- Identifying and tagging key legal clauses and risks in the company’s document management system
- Assisting with data protection queries and managing data protection processes
- Coordinating updates to legal terms and conditions and other legal and compliance policies including managing translation providers
- Managing the group email addresses and flagging concerns to key internal stakeholders
- Ad Hoc administrative help to the Legal and Compliance team
- Preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Supporting the wider Legal and Compliance team on projects as required
Essential Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, diligence and attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- 1-3 years paralegal experience preferable
