We have a new casino opened in Aberdeen and looking for an experienced Trainee Casino Dealer to join our friendly team.
About the role:
As a Trainee Casino Dealer, reporting to the senior management team, you will facilitate the smooth running of all casino games within the Casino and ensure that all the legal requirements as laid down by Government are strictly adhered to.
You will be responsible for the full deal all games as required by Pit Supervisor/Gaming Services Supervisor/Manager and Provide excellent, attentive customer service, ensuring that all customers feel at ease in an enjoyable atmosphere.
It's essential you adhere to all LCCP, AMLD, Fire, Health and Safety Regulations.
Other duties will include:
- Ensure all customer bets are placed correctly and that all losing bets are collected.
- Accurately calculate the payment of all winning bets and return these efficiently to the customer.
- Dealing with basic administration/bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain Confidentiality at all times.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £11.00 per hour
After commencement successful candidates will undergo a 6 week training program concurrent with their PFL application

- Excellent communication skills with an outgoing friendly nature.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills to improve their dealing ability.
- The ability to work without supervision
- Competent with the use of Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook and casino-specific programmes
- The ability to work as a team player whilst maintaining a level of initiative
- Be well-presented and able to create a good impression to all visitors to the casino
- knowledge of the gaming industry in general
