2 Sisters Food Group are recruiting for an experienced, diligent, and creative Paralegal or newly qualified solicitor to join an established Legal team at our Birmingham central offices.

About the Role:
Reporting into the General Counsel, this Paralegal/NQ will play a key part in supporting 2 Sisters Food Group with a wide variety of legal areas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain further exposure and experience in duties such as contract management, intellectual property, and general litigation issues.
The Paralegal/NQ will support a wider, close knit legal team and gain exposure to some of the largest retailers in the country including M&S, Asda and Tesco through contract management and negotiations.
Working for a leading Food Manufacturing company will involve management of projects such as advising on regulatory and compliance issues, including in relation to food safety, health and safety and the environment. Providing this role with opportunities to work alongside a variety of different bodies and manufacturing specialists. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in corporate/M&A activity.

About You:
To succeed in this Paralegal/NQ role, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience and success within the legal field. Ideally you will have come for a commercial litigation, commercial contracts, IP or corporate background and be keen to develop your career in house.
The role will require excellent communication skills, the ability to manage stakeholders are various levels and the willingness to be hands on with your workload to support the team.
While this is a hybrid role it will require visiting our offices in Birmingham one day each week to meet with the team.
