A great opportunity has arisen for a property litigation or dispute resolution paralegal or legal assistant to join our niche law firm based in Telford.
The role involves dealing with contested residential and commercial leasehold matters, acting for large and medium sized organisations across the country within the Property Management Sector.
The candidate will be assigned to work with a busy fee earner engaged in a broad range of litigation for private clients and businesses.
The ideal candidate should be educated to Degree level but demonstrable experience in the professional workplace will be considered in lieu of this.
Energy, enthusiasm and self motivation are key. The role will require flexibility and drive as growth and performance are key goals of the unit.

The following are desirable:
Experience of civil and/or commercial litigation
Duties include but are not limited to:
Obtaining instructions from, and reporting to, clients
Drafting documents and correspondence
File management and maintenance
Preparation of court bundles and briefs
Research
Business development
Performing any other duties which from time to time are required within the department
