This an exciting opportunity for a paralegal/ legal assistant to join our team on a full-time basis to work on Private Client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney applications, and Probate applications.
We are looking for a bright, motivated, and independent individual who is keen to learn and gain a wealth of experience. From an early stage, you will be encouraged, under supervision to have direct client contact as well as drafting Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney applications, and other associated matters.
Your role will include:
- Drafting Wills
- Completing Lasting Powers of Attorney applications
- Drafting correspondence with clients
- Drafting invoices for clients
- Assisting with Probate applications
- Assisting the Company Secretary in carrying out their role
- General administrative tasks
- Research tasks
Requirements:
- Legal experience is preferred however training will be provided.
- Law degree preferable but candidates with relevant experience or transferable knowledge and skills are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
