What will you do?
The main purpose of this role is to provide support to our experienced, professional, and friendly Wills and Probate team.
You will be trained to draft legal documents to include Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You will be expected to liaise with clients and third parties and deal with new client enquiries. You would assist the team with their file management and help organise seminars and other business development events. You would attend will signs, as a witness; very often these are out of the office and so its preferable that you can drive.
You will be based at our North Hill office and there will be times when you could be expected to support members of the team at our branch offices in Plympton and Plymstock.
