Job description

As a Paralegal within our Regulatory team, you will provide support on cases for a wide range of clients with high quality work for well-known local, national and international clients, across varied business streams including local authorities, NHS bodies and large, regulated corporations. Work will include legal matters around data protection, public and administrative law, education law and regulatory frameworks governing the public and private sectors as well as individuals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with investigations
- Producing reports
- Taking statements via telephone or face-to-face
- Preparing other documentation and letters
- Management of own caseload dependant on experience
The role would be suited to those who have experience of carrying out and reporting on investigations within a public sector environment or working within large organisations in a regulated or public sector context. Ideally, you will be educated to degree level.
