Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal, to work as part of the Fee Earner and Support Team at their Property and Site Development Department.
We are looking for:
- Case Management Experience
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including outlook, word and excel
- Pays attention to detail and quality of work
- Demonstrates a ‘can-do’ attitude including a willingness to help others within the Company
What you’ll do:
- Be the main point of contact for clients in the absence of fee earner.
- Make telephone calls as required.
- Pro-actively update agents, clients and solicitors on the progress of matters.
- Deal with clients and others in person when requested or required to do so.
- Dealing with enquiries and progressing the matter to completion.
- Post completion duties including Land Transaction Tax returns, Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and HM Land Registry applications.
