We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with Court of Protection experience who is looking to further develop their legal career, working alongside industry leaders.
The Court of Protection is a specialist court which is responsible for individuals who lack the mental capacity to manage their own property and affairs or to make decisions about their welfare.

Responsibilities to include:
Responsibility for making payments and keeping actuate records of financial transactions
Daily contact with clients, case managers, family members and other professionals
Managing a budget and assisting our clients to do the same
Assisting with annual accounts, house purchases, budgets & cashflow
Managing welfare benefits
Responsibility for insuring properties & vehicles
Under supervision manage client matters according to NPS and ensure a high level of client care.
About You:
Ability to understand a wide range of clients and have empathy with vulnerable clients
The ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people both verbally as well as in writing is also integral to this role as are strong IT skills
Able to multitask and ensure that time recording, and billing targets are met
