Our law firm is looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal/Clerk to serve as a part of our Personal Injury Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as some knowledge of the legal system and paralegal experience. The Personal Injury Paralegal assists attorneys by conducting research, analyzing data and assisting in documentation of the case.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing legal documents and transactions.
- Completing and submitting OCF Forms in accordance with SABS
- Drafting affidavits, complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Researching legal issues and precedents for cases.
- Liaising with clients, insurance adjusters, other lawyers, etc.
- Interviewing witnesses and clients.
- Coordinating with other attorneys in handling complex cases.
- Scheduling a variety of events and completing corresponding tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $54,672.00-$58,051.00 per year
