*Residential & Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal Job*

We are based in the heart of Dewsbury. We are looking for someone that will be suited to a conveyancing Solicitor/paralegal. Previous experience is preferred. You will work alongside other Solicitors and paralegals. Daily tasks will include opening files, searches, enquiries, liasing with 3rd party professionals, SDLT forms and post completion matters. The role is perfect to those who want to work local to Dewsbury and have an interest in residential and commercial conveyancing.

Duties include, but not exclusive to:

• Handling a caseload of sales and purchase residential property files
• Remortgaging
• Transfer of equity
• Leasehold property & lease extensions
• Severance of joint tenancy

The ideal candidate

• An experienced Paralegal with a background in managing a Residential or Commercial Conveyancing caseload
• Excellent client care skills
• Require minimum supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• An experienced Residential Conveyancing paralegal or a Fee Earner
• Will have experience running files from instruction to completion
• Will be personable and a good communicator
• Will have an excellent telephone manner and exceptional client care skills
• Someone with excellent organisation and time management skills

There may be an opportunity for a training contract in the future
