Job description

We are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers to join our Mansfield team. This home provides supported living care for individuals with Multiple and Complex needs. We are looking for Support Workers with a good understanding of Autism, ADHD, Eating disorder ‘PICA', Profound Learning Disabilities and who can provide high standards of care to our service users.

  • Contract: Full-Time roles days and nights.
  • Hours/Shifts: 07:00 am – 14:00pm, 14:00 pm –21:00 pm or long shifts - Day 7:00 am -21:00 pm & Night 9 pm - 7 am
  • Pay: £11 per hour
  • Location: Sheffield

Duties Include

  • Basic day-to-day duties including medication administration, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork.
  • Providing emotional and practical support to the service user/s.
  • Helping them to access community facilities and be included in community groups.
  • Understanding the services user/s communication needs and adapting your communication to meet their needs.
  • Empowering the service user/s learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests.
