Paralaw (UK) Ltd, part of the Consilio family, is a legal service support business specialising in legal process outsourcing (LPO) and flexible legal staffing services. We have offices in London and Nottingham and close ties with in-house legal and regulatory teams and law firms. We are looking for enthusiastic paralegals to join us on a full-time basis to work on an ongoing, long-term project facilitating the fluid and timely acquisition of legal permissions enabling the installation and maintenance of telecommunications apparatus on private land. Role would be predominantly office and desk based in our Nottingham office (though with some wfh option after end of the probationary period) and be Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Training would be provided.
This is an exciting time to join our busy department gaining exposure to complex case handling work. The role offers great opportunity for future development.
Skills & experience required:
- Law degree/degree plus law conversion;
- Previous paralegal experience preferred;
- Case handling experience/working to a playbook experience a bonus;
- The ability to work within a team but to also have your own responsibilities and be able to work on your own initiative;
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills;
- Excellent communication skills and a professional work attitude;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent time management and motivation;
- A highly flexible approach and the capability to work well within a team environment.
