Job description

DWF LLP is currently seeking a Senior Paralegal / Solicitor to join our nationally recognised Major Injury Team; one of the largest in the UK.


At DWF we act for household name composite insurer clients and provide high quality advice on a wide range of multi-track matters that are of significant value, hence the work is hugely interesting.


You will join a dynamic and fast paced environment and gain access to top level industry training so if you are interested in working for an international legal business and developing your legal expertise then we want to hear from you!


As a Senior Paralegal you will:

  • Provide support to a team who manage a multi-track, Major Injury caseload
  • Open and close files
  • Prepare court bundles
  • Review expert witness statements
  • Appoint experts
  • Update the case management system
  • Provide the highest level of client care at all times
  • Support and supervise more junior members of the team

Requirements: We are keen to speak with applicants who can demonstrate a genuine interest in Catastrophic Personal Injury work who possess the following;

  • Relevant legal qualifications i.e. LLB, potentially LPC (not essential)
  • Legal Assistant/Paralegal or similar experience within a related area of law could be advantageous
  • An aptitude for learning and personal development
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • We would welcome applications from those with Personal Injury experience and specifically in the areas of EL/PL.
