Role: Customer Service Technician

Office Hours- Hybrid
What's involved?
* Taking ownership of client cases
* Respond to queries/issues over the phone and by email and live chat
* Using effective communication to deal with enquiries
* Building positive relationships with clients
* Take ownership of customer's enquiries, using interpersonal skills, personal judgement and decision making in an efficient and effective manner providing the highest level of customer service
