Due to growth an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join our clients team in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and expanding department with genuine opportunities for progression/training contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on commercial property matters
- Drafting and reviewing commercial property documents, including leases, agreements, and contracts
- Liaising with clients and third-party solicitors
- Managing files and assisting with general administrative tasks
- Assisting with due diligence on commercial property transactions
- Attending client meetings and taking notes
About you:
- Previous experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal
- Good knowledge of commercial property law
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
