About the role


Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Enabling Functions team on a fixed term contract.


What you'll be doing


As a Paralegal, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Invoicing
  • Co-ordinating regular reports from across the Group
  • Meeting minutes e.g. for Claims Reviews
  • Maintaining accurate and secure electronic/ paper based filing systems, including archiving
  • Updating precedents
  • Parent Company Guarantees (PCGs), NDAs, Engagements, Licenses
  • Litigation tracking
  • Assisting with county court claims and debt collection, including filing defence and liaising with the business teams to consider settlement

Qualifications/ Experience

  • Law degree
  • Conceptual knowledge but limited experience
