12 month contract (with the possibility of a training contract following that) for a Paralegal to work at a global professional services business based in Central London. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office)
About the Role
Working as part of friendly and committed in-house legal team, the Paralegal will be given a wide-ranging set of responsibilities including:
- Reviewing and amending a range of commercial agreements including customer contracts and supplier terms
- Providing advice on employment law matters
- Dealing with data protection queries
The position provides a fantastic opportunity for you to broaden your skill set in a variety of areas, surrounded by a supportive team who will be there to provide assistance whenever required.
About You
This successful candidate will have completed the LPC and possess previous at least 9-12 months experience working as a Paralegal, in either a corporate law form or in-house environment. The role would suit an individual who has the desire to be a commercial lawyer in the longer-term
From a personality perspective, you must be dedicated, quick to pick up new ideas, and adaptable to a workload where the priorities are constantly changing. You will need a good sense of humour to fit in with a team who work hard but like to have fun whilst doing so.
You must be available to start by early-August at the latest
