Location: Scape, Guildford
Hours: 40 hours per week, Shift patterns between the hours of 7am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.
Successful candidates are to undergo a DBS check prior starting with the company.
As a Painter for Scape your main responsibilities include:
- To complete painting jobs across Scape sites
- To work as directed by Maintenance Manager
- To work in a safe manner as laid out by company and health and safety guidelines
- Promotion of a professional and customer focused image to our residents
- Ensure the delivery of all decoration at the standard expected by our residents
- Provide regular feedback regarding public area presentation.
- To create, maintain, develop and control effective working relationships, through two-way communication, with all of the Maintenance team members, to ensure the smooth running of Scape
- To communicate effectively with the Maintenance Manager in relation to the direction of decoration projects to ensure that all work and development plans are coordinated to meet the demands of Scape whilst causing the minimum possible disruption to the residents.
- To undertake any other duties as and when required that are commensurate with the role

- Painting and decorating skills essential
- Previous experience working in a similar environment an advantage
