Job description

Rate: Price work, up to £250 per day/ depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced Painter who can join our team in Vauxhall for Kitchen and bathroom renewal project within the social housing sector.

Additional Info: This is a self-employed position, and you must have access to your own vehicle and your own tools.

Main Objectives of the role:

Carrying out painting works within social housing properties
Carry out all duties in an efficient, courteous manner with due respect to any special circumstances or needs of tenants affected
Always present a positive, can-do attitude

Must-haves and skills required:

Experience in social housing properties
Access to own vehicle that can be driven for work purposes
Own tools
CSCS card
Right to work in the UK

Desired qualifications (however, we can support you to get these, if required):

Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Manual handling (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
Working at height (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
