Job description
We are looking for time served qualified trades living in the Hampshire/South Berkshire area SO-RG, postcodes . Working within a structured workforce of directly employed trades on largely domestic repair & refurbishment work. We are not looking for site trades, we require people that are happy working in occupied properties throughout Hampshire/Berkshire and into neighbouring postcodes. A person that can communicate well and protect their work space, soft skills are equally as important as being able to wallpaper. A company vehicle is provided along with benefits of direct employment within a friendly small to medium sized building contractor.
Works entail repairs in occupied properties therefore co-ordination with customers will be required.
