Established in 1995, LPC Maintenance Limited, is a London based property maintenance company providing a comprehensive range of services, including planned preventive and reactive maintenance with exceptional customisation to individual client requirements. We are a growing team, currently comprising 40 professionals, including qualified gas safety and heating engineers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, and tradesmen. We carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of private owners, tenants, and landlords. Our services cater to London and Greater London areas.
Job Description:
We are looking for a painter and decorator with experience in domestic property maintenance and repair.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work on a variety of interior and exterior surfaces including metal, wood, plaster and stone.
- Experience in use of a wide range of paints and materials.
- Inspect painted surfaces and rectify any flaws and defects.
- Happy to work multiple locations.
- Estimating experience would be advantageous.
- Company looking to promote this candidate to painting supervisor position.
Qualification and Skills:
- GCSE or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 Painting and decorating (desired)
- CSCS Card
- UK Driving Licence (required)
- Minimum 3 years experience in painting and decorating (required)
