Paid Social Performance Manager
Location: Hybrid – with two days in London
Salary: up to £50,000
Over the past 8 years the Team6ix have successfully partnered with some of the world’s largest and most successful Brands and Agencies, delivering enterprise scale technology and marketing transformation programs across sectors such as, FMCG, Pharma, Telco, Retail, Travel, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Automotive, Utilities, Public Sector, Marketing & Advertising Agencies and Technology Vendors.
In the last 2 years they have focused on rapidly expanding of their offering and have successfully acquired new Global clients and providing a mix consulting, marketing services and resourcing placements.
This role is for one of their Global FMCG clients, part of a 10-person strong team focused on media trading and ad operations.
The location is based on hybrid working; with two days each week travelling to London to work alongside the client's DTC/eComms team.
The company are not currently able to offer Sponsorship, so please only apply if you already have a long-term permit to work in the UK.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Performance
Ø Be Responsible for the development, deployment, and optimisation of our D2C paid social campaigns.
Ø Deliver reporting and campaign analysis to drive outperformance and ROAS.
Ø Prepare presentations for senior stakeholders and be the SME on all things Paid social.
Ø Pro-actively identify opportunities for growth hacking and development across your portfolio of brands.
Ø Manage budget and performance trackers to ensure campaigns are accurately paced and optimised against the core KPI.
· Process
Ø Lead on creating and implementing best practice processes for ad copy creative and targeting
Ø Complete account audits and restructures based annually as well as for onboarding markets
Ø Create and update annual media plan and reconciliation accurately and in a timely manner
· People
Ø Manage relationship with agency partner and provide them guidance on optimisation approach
Ø Build trusted relationships with all key stakeholders and functions internally including brand and D2C teams - to support our goals and service delivery
Ø Develop a strong relationship with our partners and technology vendors - leverage new insights, learnings, and beta opportunities
Ø Collaborate with local marketing / brand, and creative teams to collect all content and assets required for new campaigns and product launches - monitoring local content approval to ensure readiness
Ø Work closely with other digital channel teams to cross platform performance capabilities.

Ø Play an active role leading in team meetings.

Ø Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing landscape and share important industry news to the wider team
Required Skills / Experience
Ø 3-5 years of experience working performance KPIs across large budgets.
Ø Experience working with social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest etc
Ø Hands-on experience and expert knowledge of performance marketing via Social including bidding strategies, performance optimisation, test and learn methods and account management
Ø Analyse headroom and provide budget recommendations against brand’s KPIs
Ø Proven track record of improving ROAS and Revenue
Ø A highly motivated individual with a growth mindset who has the determination to make a positive difference to the team and business
Ø Strong analytical, reporting and analysis skills
Ø Experienced managing and prioritising own workload and managing vendors / partner agencies
Ø Strong client management, stake holder management and communications skills
Ø Experienced in intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint
Ø Ability to challenge & interrogate briefs and status quo
Ø Well organised with strong attention to details
Ø Experience using Shopify or any other eCommerce platforms.
Nice to have:
Ø Good understanding of Cross-channel media
Ø Good understanding of Tagging, Tracking & Measurement for Search
Ø Familiar with project management tools
Ø Understanding of Supply management and P&L overview

Salary: Up to £50,000.00 per year
