About the role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our award winning Paid Media Team. We're looking for a minimum of 1 year of hands on experience in Google Ads - other networks would be a bonus. You'll be required to work alongside a senior to develop and implement strategies that help clients hit their goals, manage client relationships and collaborate with other members of the team.

Core responsibilities
- Daily account management of Paid Media campaigns on Google Ads and wider platforms
- Communicating results and strategies with clients directly
- Keep pace with Paid Media industry trends and developments
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals and retain client accounts

What do we expect from you

1 year of experience actively managing Paid Media campaigns (agency experience preferred but not essential)
- A desire to learn about broader marketing platforms and ad networks to further your skills
- Delivering exceptional results, retaining and delighting our clients
- Work in unity with others to meet client goals and retain client accounts
- Ability to thrive and enjoy a dynamic, high-paced environment while juggling multiple projects in parallel
- Takes ownership in getting any issues resolved
- Radical candour - Ability to give effective constructive feedback to team members and other staff whenever required.

- Regularly cascading experience and knowledge via formal/informal channels to the rest of the team

Salary ranging £25-£27k depending on experience
