About us
Stay On The Hill is a small family run hospitality business just outside Hexham, Northumberland.
We are a fun, easy going and friendly family with 4 young children and 2 dogs, so life is often chaotic... We are looking for 2 people who can help with the day to day running of the business and support our family life when needed too.
We are based in the North of England (a very friendly part of the country!) but still only 5 minutes’ drive (30 mins walk) from the local town which has all amenities including supermarkets, shops, restaurants and much more.
We are looking for a live in team of 2 to help with our guest house and several self catered holiday cottages, along with everyday family life. Here are some of the jobs that you would get involved with:
Cleaning
Ironing
Laundry
Bed making
Gardening
DIY, repairs and general maintenance (basis skills needed)
Dog care
Occasional Babysitting and help with homework
School runs
Waitressing
Dishwashing
You must be happy to work well with others and have a love for the countryside with a creative and adventurous spirit.
We are looking for a fun pair, NON-SMOKERS, positive, organised, keen on attention to detail, patient, hardworking and flexible as every day is different!!!
We are ideally looking for a permanent team, who have some experience in hospitality.
A self-contained 1 bedroom self catered cottage and bills are included.
