Job description
As Paid Media manager you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional Paid Media work (predominantly search and social) and for creating exciting, business-focused strategies. We’re passionate about having a direct impact on our client’s businesses and look for people who can think beyond a single channel to really understand what makes a business tick.
- You will be responsible for delivering Paid Media recommendations across the Verkeer client set.
- You will support Verkeer in being forward-thinking on all things Paid Media including both paid search ads and social media ads; contributing to understanding our training requirements and sharing knowledge within the team.
- You will direct our creative resources on ad copy and imagery required.
- You will support the client owners in sharing technical information with clients and helping them to understand your recommendations.
- Overall responsibility of the health of the client’s ad accounts.
Key Skills
Our ideal candidate will have experience in some, or all, of the below areas and be eager to learn as part of a fast growing team.
- Excellent understanding of Paid Media principles and best practice across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display and Social platforms (ideally LinkedIn and Meta).
- An understanding of tracking pixels and how performance is tracked between the platform and client’s website.
- Be able to spot trends in data that can help improve targeting and performance of ads.
- Manage performance issues, understand the issue and make improvements.
- Utilise Google Analytics, Google DataStudio and other Paid Media tools, to be able to piece together a client’s full digital performance
- Be a confident user of Microsoft Excel, and a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package overall.
