What’s the job?
Due to significant growth, we are looking for a talented Paid Media Manager to take Castore and our partner sites to the next level. You will work closely with the Senior Paid Media Manager on delivering global Paid Media strategy for Castore and partner sites such as Rangers, Newcastle United and McLaren Formula 1 team.
What will I do?
- Work closely with the Senior Paid Media Manager on yearly strategy implementation across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display channels.
- Responsible for managing a multi-million budget and ensure it is adhered to and optimised across all sites and channels.
- Manage Paid Search, Paid Social and Display campaigns with the assistance of a Paid Media Executive.
- Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimise campaign performance and drive growth.
- Set up and optimise product feeds for Castore and partner sites for each market and platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade, Marketing, Graphic Design and Merchandise, to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Review competitor activity, industry trends and find innovative ways to market our products.
What skills and qualities will I need?
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing digital performance media channels, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.
- Be commercial with proven experience in delivering profit growth and ROI.
- Experience managing agencies, partners and/or a team.
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using data analytic tools (GA).
- Experience building reports and dashboards to analyse campaign data in order to provide insights and recommendations for future optimisation desired.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and willingness to learn and improve.
- Experience with DataFeedWatch desired but not essential.
- Experience within the Sports industry and working in an international environment desired.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, additional languages desired but not essential.
- Not afraid to challenge and be open to challenges.
- Strategic (disruptive) thinker, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
