Who we are:

Move Together is a thriving South-Wales based events business that runs upwards of 500 events per year across Wales and England. Events include recurring weekly student club nights, food & drink festivals, sporting events and more, whilst also working closely in collaboration with some of Wales’ best known music festivals.

As our business continues to grow this is an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated digital marketer to take ownership of some key accounts and optimise our paid outreach across multiple channels.

What you will do:

  • Create and optimise digital campaigns from conception to launch including but not limited to paid social and paid search, including writing ad copy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative social media strategies that drive engagement and increase brand awareness
  • Day to day account management and optimisation
  • Monitor and analyse campaign success, measure and evaluate against relevant paid media KPIs
  • Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance and drive cost-effective results (ads, landing pages, campaigns etc)
  • Adhere closely to deadlines and budgets
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies, implementing into existing and future campaigns
  • Identify, share and spread best practice throughout the business as well as new paid media opportunities for the business
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on paid activity
  • Perform ongoing competitor analysis and reporting
  • Assist with the development of company SEO strategy
  • Assist in developing engaging online content

About you:

  • 2+ years experience
  • Passion for nightlife, music and/or events
  • A proactive and outgoing individual with a creative mindset and genuine desire to succeed
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics is a must
  • Experience with Meta, Snap & TikTok business suites
  • Demonstrable understanding of the key principles that drive online sales
  • Be numbers driven and able to analyse and interpret findings from data
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced and often changeable environment
  • Strong attention to detail and eye for quality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
