Job description
This person will take help our business grow by supporting our Operations and Commercial Teams, providing in depth analysis of financial data. The person will take full responsibility and ownership to complete the tasks provided and become a trusted member and partner within the EMEA Finance, Operations and Commercial team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Understand / analyse / review / challenge the data to ensure its accuracy
- Assist in development of FP&A infrastructure, ensuring efficient and effective reporting processes
- Run and develop reports, models and dashboards that meet the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders;
- Use financial, commercial, and operational data to support forecasting and budgeting process for EMEA region
- Provide support to Systems Controller on active projects requiring data migration (product and customer records, price lists etc)
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests as required, providing timely and accurate financial insights
- Strong Excel skills – confident user of Vlookups, pivots and multi-layered formulas
- Experienced in preparing analysis and reports for senior management, numerically articulate with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with working with multiple data sources and complex financial data structures
- Willing to proactively identify process improvement opportunities with an ability to implement identified improvements
