ARNE is a direct to consumer, apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel.
We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.
Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting on everything Paid Media & Paid Search.

Requirements
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the day-to-day management of Paid Social and Paid Search activity, across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Google and YouTube.
- Responsible for the day-to-day communications with the external agency team, including briefing plans, asset distribution, reporting, and overall direction across paid social campaigns and Google.
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and features available from Google, Meta, Tik Tok and Snapchat, conducting research on latest social media trends and analyse competitor activity, evaluating new opportunities for Arne.
- Assist in the creation of social media assets for paid campaigns or providing asset briefs to the graphic designer.
- Develop a test and learn approach with campaigns to keep improving results and media efficiency e.g. ad copy, creatives, audience targeting etc.
- Continuously review existing paid marketing campaigns, making recommendations on how to consistently improve performance and optimisation.
- Be responsible for monthly invoicing and spend tracking and support the Senior Marketing Manager with budget management and spend allocation, ensuring that activity is in-line with planned spending and supports ROAS and CPA targets.
- Update the paid social marketing calendar with paid marketing activity.
- Attend weekly calls with the media agency and quarterly F2F meetings.
- Support on Marketing admin.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Essential Experience and Skills
- Data driven and analytical.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Paid Social or Online Paid Marketing or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of social media and reporting platforms, such as Google Analytics.
- Experience using Facebook Ads Manager and report on paid social media data.
- A general understanding of Paid Search with a strong desire to become an expert
- Willingness to learn fast, self-motivated and can-do attitude.
- Comfortable using Photoshop is an advantage, but not essential.
