Responsibilities:
· Work closely with Client CXO's across different geographies in designing, leading, and implementing strategic initiatives
· Develop strategic and implementation roadmap for desirable future state for Client
· Building actionable outcomes for clients with the latest industry trends, innovations and disruptions, metrics, and value drivers
· Perform rapid assessment of landscape for clients and provide insights to accelerate action towards refining their current state
· Bring diverse and thought-provoking perspective to transformations, including market trends, new and innovative ideas
· Develop detailed project plans, anticipate risks, and plan mitigations ahead of time
· Effectively collaborate with multiple and diverse set of stakeholders in a global environment
· Deploy your core skills (particularly Project Management - project initiation, current state analysis, future state design, process design, implementation, and project transition/close) to lead the initiative with governance and control, track progress, report on SLAs and KPIs regularly to create client confidence
· Drive effective change management initiatives plans post identifying stakeholder challenges and understanding expectations
What We’re Looking For:
· Educational Qualification: BBA, MBA, MIM (Master’s in Management), MS
· Experience in any of these will be a plus: Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Shareholder Value Analysis, Organization Strategy, Pricing and Profit Optimization, Growth and Innovation, Strategic Planning
· A Strategic Mindset to shape innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models
· Issue Based Problem Solving to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions
· Communication and Presentation Skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders
· Analytical and outcome-driven approach to perform data analyses & generate insights
· Client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Permanent, Temp to perm, Temporary contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: £33,500.00 per year
