Job Title: Paid Digital Media Assistant

Clients: Charities and socially positive organisations

Duration: Permanent.

Salary: £22,000 per annum

Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working with core hours 10am-4pm)

Holiday: 25 days per annum + bank holidays

Flexibility: Hybrid working and flexible hours.

Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire (London Zone 9, Metropolitan Line) HP5 1PS. Optional 2 days per week remote working.

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a graduate with strong mathematics and data analysis, who has a desire to use digital marketing and the power of data to make the world a better place.

This role will report into the Senior Paid Media Manager and there will be strong collaboration with the Head of Media Strategy on data engineering projects. Progression from this role would likely be into a paid media analyst or a data engineer role.

You’ll be devising and implementing award-winning campaigns across multiple channels for some amazing clients, including well-known charities. You’ll also have a passion for data and digital marketing, a keen eye for detail and a hunger to the make the world better.

The Day-to-Day

Creating new client campaigns and projects.
Optimising client Paid Search campaigns.
Developing ad copy and conducting A/B tests.
Keyword research and development.
Driving Paid Search performance using conversion data.
Data analysis to ascertain optimum click value across a variety of media and campaigns.
Producing client reports in Google Data Studio.
Utilising data from a variety of tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Data Studio.
Client communication.
Supporting the company on new business activity.
A variety of other tasks.

Requirements

Pro-activity and an entrepreneurial spirit in their approach
A logical, problem solving mind-set
Enthusiasm and a passion for digital marketing
An ability to be adaptive and versatile in a constantly evolving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT literacy (especially on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint – knowledge of Google Suite is also desirable)
An ability to write in a clear and informed manner
Provable Mathematics skills
Experience / skills in programming, JavaScript and digital marketing (especially Google Ads and PPC) are all an advantage, but not essential.
