Children's Complex Care Nurse – Community Based

Days and Nights
Pay Rate – £37.97ph -£47.52ph

We are looking to recruit children's nurses with complex care experience to work with a 10 year old male with a Spinal fracture complete cord lesion C2-3., Quadriplegia and diffuse axonal brain injury, He is a very bright intelligent and engaging boy. He has a great sense of humour and enjoys singing, jokes and reading. He loves cars especially supercars and football. If you are looking to gain experience in the community, we provide shadow shifts to ensure you feel comfortable, and a team of support available whenever you need it.
We are looking for the following key skills.
- Ventilation via Trache
- Trache Care and Suctioning
- Trache Tube Change
- Humidification
- Oxygen Therapy
- Mechanical Cough Assist
- Administration of Nebulisers via Ventilator
- Male intermittent Catheterisation
- Chest Physiotherapy
- Autonomic Dysreflexia
