Working Hours: Core hours 07.00 – 17.00 with overtime and weekend work on a rota Reporting To: Warehouse Management team Key responsibilities: Work alongside a team of art handlers and packing technicians to ensure the highest quality of fine art packaging. Assist with preparing crates, boxes and other packaging materials for safe art transportation. Understanding the differences between the casing specifications. Processing orders daily and updating LEO Case making module with required details. Keeping on top of dates and making sure all orders are processed for their required dates. Dealing with queries from clients/Co-ordination staff. Physically checking all completed orders to make sure they have been completed too highest standard possible. Maintain packing department stock levels and report when re-ordering needs to be completed. Covering early and late shifts as and when required. Assist with unloading/loading of vehicles and key warehouse duties. Helping to maintain a clean and organised warehouse and workspace to ensure the safety of artworks and staff. Key Skills Required: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality. Good Maths and Literacy Skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Computer Literate. i.e., Microsoft programs Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
