Packing Operative Our Packing team are critical to the smooth running of our operations, providing comprehensive knowledge and technical skill. We're looking for passionate Operators to join our team and have some fun along the way! Total Potential Earnings £25,490.92 inclusive of 17.5% Shift Premium Attendance Award - £1,000 PA, subject to the rules of the scheme Performance Related Bonus - £220 PA, subject to the rules of the scheme 28 days holiday + bank holidays 20% discount in our Stores Paid Breaks Weekend and weekday overtime optional Subsidised Canteen A supportive and dynamic induction period And you can't forget...Sweet treats!! Hours of Work: Alternating Shift - 40 hours Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 Week 2: 13:55 - 21:55 Our mix that awaits you: Assisting Operators to achieve departmental targets Comprehensive training to become a fully qualified Machine Operator Following Health & Safety guidelines Ensuring good levels of housekeeping are maintained within the departments Transporting product / materials as required Ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards are met Completing any relevant documentation Maintaining the working area to a safe, hygienic standard Inspecting product to quality standards Cleaning to the required standards Removing waste as and when required Ingredients that you bring with you: Previous experience in Food Manufacturing or wider manufacturing (Beneficial) Awareness / Knowledge of Health & Safety / Food Hygiene standards Good level of verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team Reliable and supportive team player Ability to use initiative and work independently Passion for HARIBO: Our People, Products and Values Are you looking to work in a fast-faced environment as part of a dynamic team?
