Mooboo specialises in the creation of high-quality teas for discerning customers. Our full “Bubble Tea house experience” is complemented by snacks that are suitable for customers in all age groups, backgrounds, cultures and ethnicities.

With the opening new store, we are looking for *full-time* and *part-time* baristas to join the Mooboo family to deliver a wonderful experience for our customers.
Full-time and Part-time Barista
YOU WILL
- Prepare delicious drinks consistently and to a high standard following franchise standard Mooboo recipes
- Operate the till to accept and process customer payments
- Protect the store’s assets by following the appropriate procedures for safety, stock and cash handling, maintenance and security
- Monitor inventory levels, accurately track potential shortages and inform line manager
- Maintain a tidy work environment for customers and team members
- Report to line manager all customer feedback, complaints or suggestions, breakages, faults and hazards identified during the course of the work
- Share your knowledge of tea with our customers and get them excited about Mooboo
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times and carry out cleaning duties as required
- Complete job-related training as required
- Bring a positive attitude, a cheerful and lively personality everyday
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
YOU ARE
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
- Able to communicate well in English
- A positive thinking and energetic person with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Willing to learn new skills and share your knowledge with customers and team members
Preferably experienced in food/beverage or fast-paced retail environments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract, Graduate
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £7.50-£11.00 per hour
