Duties - Including but not limited to:
Assume responsibility for the packing of industrial machines and related parts
Follow work order to pack parts to customers’ requirements
Carry out assembly duties in accordance with training and procedures
Ensure the work area is clean and tidy.
Ensure products are built to the highest possible quality standard
Consider and suggest any potential improvements to efficiency gains
Assist with the implementation of improvement plans
Ensure all annual objectives are achieved by their individual target dates
Assume responsibility for housekeeping of all products.
Provide support and cover for other team members.
Perform all duties in accordance with HSE guidelines and other instructions / training
Carry out any other duties requested by the Production Manager to support the business
Experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
Training to be provided at headquarters in Thorne, Travel costs of training to be covered by the company.
Personal Qualities:
- Has experience using basic hand tools, spanners, drills, sockets etc
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Desire to produce the best quality products
- Fork lift license preferable but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,500.00 per year
