About the Job:
The construction and maintenance of outside works. As an outdoor role, it is very important that you represent the company values at all times, while at work. This role would suit someone who enjoys working outside, who is punctual, a team player and enthusiastic. Experience is not essential, but you would need to be a driver with a full driving licence. This is a physical role and would suit someone who enjoys physical work. What we can offer in return is local work, great working hours, full uniform, and the possibility of permanent work at a company that values career progression for the right candidates.

· Manual Handling Experience
Main Duties:
1. The construction and Maintenance of outdoor work on local social housing homes, including landscaping, fencing, drainage, guttering, fascias, cleaning, clearing, painting and concreting.
2. Able to take instruction from supervisors and work independently.
3. Represent the company values at all times whilst working.
4. Excellent time-keeping and punctuality.
5. Able to keep up with what will be a physically demanding role.
6. You may also be asked to help out on other work streams in the business, as those needs arise.
7. Driving colleagues to and from site in the morning and at the end of the day, as well as driving to suppliers throughout the day.
