The Kings Cliffe Bakery is a traditionally styled bakery that was nestled in the heart of the East Northamptonshire village of Kings Cliffe. We pride ourselves on producing exceptional hand-crafted breads and cakes on a daily basis for restaurants, cafes and other outlets across the region on a daily basis.
Located at our bakery unit in Corby.
Kings Cliffe Bakery began baking bread around 300 years ago and has built an amazing reputation for itself since then. Famed for various favourite products, quality and customer service through its own retail shop and other outlets.
Over the past few years the bakery has seen significant growth which is predicted to continue.
We specialise in traditional methods and create breads which are less often seen these days along side a more conventional offering. If you are looking for a stimulating position, where innovation and growth are encouraged then this position is for you!
Due to continued growth we now need another pair of hands!
The Role
The main duty in this position is to work as part of the team in all aspects of packing, slicing, bagging and preparing customer orders. Accuracy is key.
The bakery has exciting growth plans and the successful candidate will form part of the team and opportunities for wider roles may become available over time.
About you.
The ideal candidate needs to have a genuine interest in this trade and to excel in all aspects. They must have excellent time keeping and a willingness to produce quality items, with a keen eye for detail. They should be creative and willing to be involved in new product development.
The successful candidate must be able to manage own workload, able to use initiative, work as part of a small team and adapt to the business’ changing work load.
Salary will be based on experience and individual.
