Spitfire Staffing is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well established and successful clients in Lymington.Due to further success and an upturn in business, they are looking for reliable and hard-working candidates to join the team.The Role:Packing finished products as specified on the order.To achieve the tasks identified above within an agreed time and effectively communicating progress to others.Packing at the end of an extruder lineOperation of light machinery in a safe mannerAccurate recording of material wasteRecording of personal daily activity informationParticipation in company wide and specific continuous improvement activitiesReporting machine defects, or perceived defects to the Section LeaderAssisting colleagues/department or undertaking other duties as requested by the Section LeaderDetails:£11.06phPAYE + Holiday accrualRota:Week 1 Mon-Thurs 06:00-14:00 / Fri 06:00-11:00Week 2 Mon-Thurs 14:00-22:00 / Fri 11:00-16:00Temp to PermJob progression & TrainingRequirements are:Numerate and literateAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to be trained in operation of guillotine machineOperate as part of a manufacturing teamAbility to work on your ownJob Types: Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Full-timeSalary: £11.06 per hourBenefits:Company pensionSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
