We aim to create a fairer system for businesses where they are better served and appreciated. Our online platform seamlessly connects entrepreneurs and business owners with top-flight lawyers, offering expert legal advice at nearly half the cost of traditional law firms.

We are now seeking a Legal Administrator to manage new inbound legal cases and assign them to the correct lawyers on our platform.

The role

The Legal Administrator role requires a self-starter who possesses a drive to meet targets whilst offering our clients a best-in-class customer experience.

Previous experience working in a Law Firm or a qualification in Law could be beneficial, but a professional conversational manner and commitment to helping clients is what we are really looking for.

Your will responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients by phone, email and our client portal
  • Establishing clients’ legal requirements and effectively triaging their cases
  • Issuing quotes and following up on quotes
  • Articulating the benefits of our business model and how we can satisfy client needs
  • Promote our subscription services and fixed-price packages
  • Convert quotes to paying customers if the opportunity arises
  • Reporting on team performance and tracking against goals

What will you need

  • A degree or equivalent in Law/experience working in a Law Firm
  • Or some experience working in a professional services company
  • Zeal for success, backed by a professional business attitude
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive, whilst also working as part of a team
  • Committed to hitting targets and ‘going the extra mile for clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What you will receive

  • Competitive starting salary of between £18,000 - £22,000 (DOE)
