Off The Grain are looking for an organised and reliable individual that uses their initiative and drive in their daily work.The successful candidate will be joining a thriving business and will be a key part in assisting in the finishing and packing of our handmade products, helping ensure that these are recieved by our customers, to the expected standards.*The candidate will have an understanding of packing and warehousing and the expected quality that we require our products to adhere to.Further to this, the candidate will need to be proactive, adaptable and flexible, ready to assist members of the team with tasks that they may require assistance with, such as sanding, waxing, filing and finishing.Bonus - Alongside the hourly wage is a generous bonus system that is designed to reward performance.**The role is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and is workshop based, working from our location in Greetland, Halifax.**Duties include:**Safely picking items from shelves.Packaging completed orders in protective bubble wrap and cardboard boxes to protect them during shipmentCompleting necessary paperwork to allow efficient tracking of ordersUnloading deliveries from delivery lorries and assisting with the distribution of goods to their correct storage locationsRestocking shelves using items from storage areas to ensure inventories are always fullPerforming warehouse cleaning duties if necessaryAssist in other areas of the business as requiredIf you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and contact information.
