  • Job Role: Packer (Afternoon shift)
  • Department: Packing
  • Reports to: Operations Manager
  • Hours: 5:30pm to finish. (Finish can be from Midnight - 1:30am depending on production volume)
  • Hourly rate: £9.70 (+ up to 50% extra hourly rate for overtime)

Winner of county and regional national bakery awards, we produce a wide range of traditional, mastercrafted and handcrafted classic loaves and we have done since 2003. If you are passionate about the breads you bake then we have a fantastic opportunity waiting for a Full-time Pastry Chef for our site based in Greenwich.

The presentation of our products is as important as the quality of our ingredients, and you'll be responsible for the final touch before our breads, cakes and pastries arrive with our customers, including Dinner by Heston, Fortnum & Mason, Shangri-La Hotels, Google as well as many premium delis, bakeries and cafés across the London area.

The Location:
The bakery is based close to the River Thames in Greenwich, South East London, and is readily accessible via North Greenwich (Jubilee line), Cutty Sark (DLR) and Maze Hill (Southeastern mainline) stations, as well as various bus routes.
Candidates with experience of: Bakery Assistant, Production Assistant, Machine operators/Loaders, Food Production, Kitchen Assistant, Bakery Operative, Baker, Bakery Support, Food Production Assistant, Food Packer, Patisserie Assistant, Pastry Operative will also be considered
