Job description
We are looking for a responsible, independent full-time or prat-time (mornings) Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. We are looking for someone to come in 4-5 times a week for about 8 hours each day. Schedule can be flexible.

Responsibilities:
- Sort and print new daily package labels
- Pick and pack new orders (coffee and tea products)
- Execute prompt order fulfillment with attention to detail
- Schedule and monitor USPS & UPS pickups
- Prepare product cases and pallets for retail orders
- Count, track and report inventory in our software
- Maintain and organize the warehouse
- Manage shipping material and alert managers in a timely manner as to when reordering needs to take place
- Create new product packaging (apply stickers)
- Receive, stock, and stack new inventory in the warehouse
- Other duties based on business needs
Qualifications:
- Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including standing and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Has some experience with ShipStation, Shopify and Amazon
- Has some experience with online fulfillment
- Excel/Google Sheets proficient
- Proven success in fast paced environments
- Team player
- Fast learner
